RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love everything you order from Chicago Outlet Shop. If something isn't quite right, we've kept returns simple and stress-free — because your satisfaction is what matters most to us.
Our 30-Day Return Promise
If you're not completely happy with your order, you have 30 days from the delivery date to send it back. Wrong fit or a change of heart — either way, we've got you covered.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Tags and packaging should still be intact
- A proof of purchase is required (your order confirmation email is perfect)
To begin a return, email us at support@chicagooutletshop.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our support team will guide you through every step.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fee
Return Shipping
All approved returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia. Customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Selecting a carrier that supports customs clearance and provides a tracking code
- Any applicable customs duties, taxes, and handling fees
- Supplying accurate customs documentation
Please note that Chicago Outlet Shop cannot be held responsible for return shipments that are delayed, rejected, or lost due to customs issues, unpaid fees, or incorrect shipping methods.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. This helps cover the cost of inspection, processing, and inventory handling.
This fee also applies to:
- Unopened packages
- Refused deliveries
- Unclaimed parcels that are automatically sent back to us
Exceptions
The restocking fee may be waived if your item arrives damaged or defective. All exception requests are reviewed individually, case by case.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase. Once processing has started, we can't guarantee cancellation, and the request may be declined depending on your order's status. After delivery, you may request a return under the terms of this policy.
Fast, Reliable Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and we'll send confirmation as soon as it's done.
A couple of things to keep in mind:
- Original shipping is always free — no hidden charges
- For returns due to a change of mind or an exchange, customers cover the shipping and customs costs
